Founded in 2010 by Anthony Venetz, we’ve worked with some of the biggest names in aviation as well as a host of successful innovators and start-ups.

Our specialist team brings both depth and breadth of expertise, across all aspects of the aviation industry. We built our careers in the manned sector and bring a huge amount of experience to the table.

About the role

We are going through an exciting period of growth, primarily fuelled by the UAS industry which is seeing an explosion in innovation and technology advancements.

We are looking to expand our marketing and social media activities and so are looking for a marketing assistant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead our LinkedIn strategy: Identify relevant content to share through research on industry news and other company postings, Creating content, with input from our Consultants where needed.
  • Manage the Across Safety company page: Designing and leading a plan to increase followers, Liking, sharing and commenting on posts, Searching for leads and target customers
  • Manage press releases: Maintain and build a customer, press and contact list in our CRM tool, Draft press releases and work with Directors to finalise the copy, Distribute press releases, Respond to media enquiries
  • Work with Directors to plan and execute our email marketing strategy
  • Ad-hoc sales and marketing support. This might helping prepare for conferences and exhibitions, researching industry events or identifying new target customers

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a genuine and demonstrable interest in aviation trends and technology, particularly in the unmanned industry
  • Have a good understanding of LinkedIn
  • Be a self starter – while we will give you our full support and training, we need you to be able to work on your own and take initiative
  • Be good with words

20 hours a week which can be spread across the week.


Flexible location but would prefer if you’re able to travel to our office at Goodwood Aerodrome occasionally.


This is a paid position. Salary negotiable.
